Although the art direction for this project pivoted later on, I believe this work and direction deserves to be showcased as it was one I personally enjoyed executing. The brief was to create illustrated environments for each Mini Cooper model to live within on the vehicle landing pages on their website - unique to each customer personality type. To ensure each personality would come through in the environment, the creative team created mood boards for each car model and customer, complete with their interests and overall lifestyle. The watercolour illustrations then drew inspiration from each mood board and colour palette, which ensure each was unique in their own way while remaining cohesive as a set.
